Portals

Share assets at scale with external recipients. Decide which folders to make available and if access should be password protected or public. Then view reports and see which files are most popular.

AI Auto-Tagging

Asset Bank Auto Tagging utilises Amazon Rekognition to scan images and generate tags automatically, saving you time and making it easier for people to find content. Additional auto-tag options include Google vision, famous landmarks and OCR (Optical Character Recognition) to generate tags from words in photos.

External Uploader

This allows you to send links to external third parties, like photographers, who can then transfer files to your Asset Bank, without the need for a login. From there you can review the files, add metadata and submit them to live.

Published Lightboxes

These are a great way to push collections of content out to external contacts, without the need for them to login to Asset Bank. Assets can be added to a lightbox and then published to give you a link that can be password protected and shared externally. This will present a gallery view of the files, including any metadata and download sizes you want to make available.

Single Sign On (SSO)

This takes the headache away from managing permissions at a user level, whilst improving site security. With Single Sign On you can map different parts of your organisation to different permission groups in Asset Bank. A new member of staff can then just login, no set-up required.

Multiple Metadata Lists

Our Asset Types feature allows you to define different sets of metadata for different types of asset. For example, it may be important for you to have a Video Asset Type, that allows you to capture data specific to that type of file, e.g. "Producer".

Asset Relationships

Our Asset Types feature also allows you to relate assets in various ways. E.g. Linking consent forms to photos, or other product shots to a main product hero image. With peer to peer or parent/child configuration, we have options to fit your needs.

Consent Form Management

Link consent forms to photoshoots and set expiry dates. When the dates arrive these assets will be hidden from view. If any subject revokes consent, find the images they appear in quickly and with confidence, then archive or delete.

Content Delivery Networks (CDN)

With our Professional Package we use Amazon CloudFront CDN for all of the preview images you see when browsing your Asset Bank site. This makes the whole viewing experience that much faster and snappier, especially useful for sites with a global user base.

Organisational Units

This feature allows you to divide your Asset Bank into separate areas, each of which are managed by different organisational unit admins. These admins can look after their own folder structure, group permissions and user management.

API

Our API allows your developers to connect other applications to your Asset Bank. Allowing you to add content and metadata or find assets that match certain criteria and pull these out for use in another system.
